I recently bought the large version of this, the medium in this review is really like a small version of a bell chime. The sound isn't nearly as nice. Customer service from this company was excellent though, and I will do business with them in the future

Unfortunately we picked a wind bell versus a wind chime. It takes a tremendous amount of wind to have it ring so have only heard it a few times unless I move it manually. Quality is good so will consider ordering a wind chime.
