OVERVIEW

The La Crosse 327-1417 Wireless Color Weather Station with Wind Speed provides weather conditions right from your own backyard. Giving you the most accurate weather data available for your exact location. The La Crosse 327-1417 has many features including an easy-to-read color console that displays an atomic clock and calendar, indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed, "Feels Like" temperature (heat index and dew point), forecast icon and much more. The TX144W Wind sensor features wind cups for displaying wind speed. The TX141TH-BCH wireless remote sensor can be placed in another area to monitor the temperature and humidity in areas of your home, basement, attic, garage, indoors or outdoors. You may have up to two additional TX141TH-BCH temperature and humidity sensors (sold separately) that will enable you to monitor other areas that can be displayed on the console. The console stands upright for tabletop use or is wall-mountable.

This product is a very nice, compact weather station with color presentation. It was easy to install. I attached the anemometer to the top row of a concrete block wall and placed the display unit on a breakfast bar where it is easily seen. The price was reasonable and competitive for the features it contains.

I plan on using this system on my Gulfstar 41 sailboat. I have been testing it in my back yard for two weeks. It is very easy to set up . It has been very accurate. Display has large bright colorful numbers that are easy to read.

Most things I like with the new setup. My only negative would be, I don't like the separate thermometer, just something else to go bad and to have To feed batteries all the time. Now I have to put c batteries in the Annamometer and AA in the thermometer unit outside where my older model is one unit.
