Transmitter for wx station

My outdoor temp and humidity transmitter did not work drained the 2 batteries within. A new unit worked immediately and information was sent from the new xmit and received by receiving clock. I always wrap the transmitter in plastic wrap to keep the bad wx out. With shipping charges, the unit was just under $25.00.

This sensor/transmitter replaces a model 00592TX which had become increasingly unable to maintain radio contact after fifteen years of outdoor service. It promptly connected to the old 1099RX display.
